Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Currently we only deliver to private parties at private residences. We do NOT deliver to parks or banquet facilities.
Prices shown on our website are good for a rental up to 24 hours long. If you choose a time less than the 24 hours, the price is the same.
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water listed under our Water Slide and Water Combos section. When renting a water Inflatable you are responsible for providing a water hose from the water source to where the unit is to be installed.
YES, we only setup inflatable rentals on grass. We use long stakes to anchor the inflatable in place. Please make sure and have any underground hazards marked in advance before we arrive.
Yes, we can deliver for a shorter period of time, but the price is the same as the 24-hour rental.
I am sorry but all delivery times are assigned by us depending on the route. All deliveries will take place earlier than your selected event time. You will receive an email the day before your event with the estimated time of arrival of the driver.

- Will NOT setup on gravel or rocky ground
- Will NOT setup Inflatable in any streets or cul de sacs
- Will NOT setup Inflatable in any Retention Ponds or Retention Areas.
- Will not go up or down any steps or stairs to make deliveries.
- Will not setup in backyards where the gates are LESS than 44 inches wide unless it is a bounce house only (combos require 44 inch gate)
- Will not setup at any event where inflatables are present from another vendor
- The area that the inflatable is to be setup MUST be clear of any sticks, rocks, & animal feces prior to delivery!
For any inflatable reservation, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit that must be paid with credit or debit card. This deposit applies towards your balance with the remainder due at time of delivery.
We accept cash, debit card, or credit card. NO CHECKS!
In the event of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, or temperatures below 40 degrees.) you agree to contact us 24 hours prior to your event to place our weather policy in effect. If a 50% chance of rain/snow or higher and/or winds above 15mps is predicted the day of your event, at your request we can reschedule your event for another date. Your deposit will be used for this future event and must be used within 1 year or you forfeit the deposit. The deposit will NOT be refunded and can only be used to reschedule. If you do NOT contact us 24 hours in advance for weather policy, your rental will continue as scheduled. If we arrive at your location and cannot setup due to weather or you choose to cancel at the time of delivery it will be a loss of deposit. Do remember you are receiving the inflatable for at least 24 hours. Rain does not hurt our inflatables, if it rains while in your possession, turn off the unit until the rain ends, afterwards you can turn it back on and dry it off with a towel. If winds are above 15mph lessee agrees to turn off the inflatable and keep turned off until the winds are below 15mph. If your backyard is muddy due to rain, this does NOT put the weather policy into effect, we advise you to place tarps out to keep mud off the equipment or find an alternate location.
